Why the Lease May Not be the Future of Residential Solar

The U.S. residential solar market is booming. There are now more than 300,000 residential solar installations in the U.S., of which over 80,000 were installed in 2012 alone. With prices continuing to fall and new markets opening up, the future of the sector is bright. But how will these projects be financed? The residential solar lease has become the dominant model today, but loan programs and direct ownership may see a resurgence over the coming years.

In this GTM Research-moderated webinar, Admirals Bank will present the argument and benefits of direct ownership of residential solar, along with best practices learned through rolling out residential solar loan programs in 50 states.
